Edoardo Milani
Edoardo Milani joined Scarioni Angelucci e Associati in January 2018.
Edoardo regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in all the alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
His area of competence focuses primarily on international and corporate taxation, corporate reorganizations, protection of family assets for the purpose of the transfer to their descendants, evaluation of companies and intangibles. He is also author of publications on tax matters.
He graduated in Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in January 2018 with a thesis on Common Reporting Standard
He was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2022.
